IMPRESSED CURRENT CATHODIC PROTECTION(ICCP)

ICCP installations services for old or new structures will be provided by our specialists base on protective current requirement. Anodes are installed as determined during our engineering design phase. We also provide installation of CP transformer/Rectiers, deep anode, junction box, cables, coal coke breeze etc base on specification in the design. Our ICCP services are suitable corrosion prevention applicable to pipeline, tank farms, steel pile foundation etc.

PASSIVATION SERVICES

Voix carry out passivation and prickling as defined by ASTM A380. This entails the removal of exogenous iron or iron compounds from the surface of stainless steel by means of a chemical dissolution most typically by a treatment with an acid solution that will not significantly affect the stainless steel itself. It could also be referred to as treatment of stainless steel with a mild oxidant such as a nitric acid solution, for purpose of enhancing the spontaneous formation of the protective passive film. With our experience passivators on site, we will provide you a perfect passivation job.

THERMAL SPRAY SERVICES

Voix Integrated Services has capacity for application of Thermal Spray Aluminium (TSA) and other related services. This is an application of rust-resistant metals such as Aluminium utilising the Wire-arc or Plasma thermal spray process. This excellent technique is used across a wide variety of industries and provides excellent corrosion resistance properties. TSA finds typical utilisation in subsea, marine, atmospheric and high temperature applications (up to 500°C). It is recommended for turbine castings, bearing housings, turbine blades, valve bodies/casing and pipes especially of cyclic load and elevated temperature.

SACRIFICIAL ANODE

We also provide Galvanic Anode installation service based on project-specic requirement and considerations, depending on clients' design or our design based on site survey.

INDUSTRIAL AND MARINE COATING

Voix coating team renders Anticorrosive coatings with relatively low cost, ease of application, and proven ability to prevent the onset and progression of corrosion for large marine structures as well as onshore facilities such as hull of FPSO/FSO, brackets of marine structures, external and internal Shell/roof of storage tank etc .
